Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant - Supply Chain Management (Managed Services)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our Business Applications Operations team. This isn't your typical implementation role. You'll work across a range of clients, helping them resolve issues, improve their D365 environments and get more value from the platform.

Work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.

Responsibilities

You will play a lead role in:

• Supporting clients across D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions
• Working across areas such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales and planning
• Managing support requests through to resolution and keeping clients informed along the way
• Delivering smaller enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvements
• Working with developers and technical teams on more complex issues, integrations and releases

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, specialising in Supply Chain Management
• Experience working in managed services, application support or a live production environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of incident, change and release management
• Good knowledge across several SCM areas, with Advanced Warehousing, manufacturing, master planning or landed cost experience a bonus
• A confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships, sharing knowledge and improving how things work

You don't need to know every corner of D365 F&O. We're looking for someone with strong SCM knowledge, a curious mindset and the confidence to work through complex client problems.
