Business Central Implementation Consultant

About the Role

Suite Engine is hiring a consultant specializing in horizontal products, with expertise in Business Central and eCommerce. This position is a key member of the Suite Engine Horizontal Products team, providing functional and domain expertise related to the installation, setup, gap/fit analysis, customization analysis and testing, user training, and go-live support around key business processes enabled through our software. Consultants also work with existing customers in support of their day-to-day business operations, questions, issues, and small and medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients, prospects and team members on product capabilities
• Discuss and deliver solutions and services to clients
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and perform supporting activities related to implementation pursuits
• Develop functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations
• Work in a team environment and challenge the status quo both internally and with clients to deliver best of breed services that improve our business and theirs
• Perform product testing and provide feedback to development team
• Assist with product documentation and maintain and add to our knowledgebase

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with successful consulting and implementation, preferably with Business Central
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento, or Shopify (strongly preferred)
