About the Role
As a Young Professional (Trainee Consultant), you start your journey with a 6-week Masterclass — an intensive training programme. HSO guarantees these weeks will be a strong foundation for your IT Consulting career.
Beyond hard skills, HSO invests fully in soft skills. You will learn about Microsoft Technology, how to deploy it optimally with clients, and how to present it persuasively. You gain insight into HSO's project methodology and complete a full Microsoft certification.
After the Masterclass, you work immediately in an innovative, international environment. HSO is one of the leading Microsoft partners worldwide, and you play a key role here.
