About the role

As Young Professional (Trainee Consultant) you start your journey with the Masterclass of 6 weeks, an intensive training programme. HSO guarantees that these weeks are a strong start to your career in IT Consulting.

Beyond hard skills, HSO is fully committed to soft skills development. You will learn everything about Microsoft Technology, how to optimally deploy it with clients, and how to present it with conviction. You will gain insight into HSO's project methodology and conclude with a full Microsoft certification.

After the Masterclass, you move straight into action as a Young Professional working in an innovative, international environment. HSO is one of the leading Microsoft partners worldwide, and you play a key role here.

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced project team at leading clients
• Be involved in diverse project phases, including digitizing and automating processes
• Advise clients on Microsoft-based applications (Dynamics 365 ERP) and help them implement these solutions
• Map processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Investigate client needs and expectations at the project start
• Build client relationships and manage expectations
• Provide tailored advice and implement software supporting optimization

You work with well-known brands including Rituals, Royal BAM, Heineken and Intergamma. You will gain exposure to many different companies, industries and stakeholder levels, advising at various organizational levels.

Development and support

A Senior Consultant serves as both your buddy and mentor, providing full support as your career develops from Trainee Consultant to Medior and Lead Consultant. Through intensive training and guidance, you learn all aspects of consulting. After year one, you become a full Junior Consultant.

HSO values your growth as a Consultant and as a person, providing all tools and guidance to help you perform at your best.

You can access trainings via the HSO Academy. You bring a plan and your manager helps with execution.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in business economics, engineering, (technical) business studies, ICT, business informatics or comparable field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Affinity with IT and technology
• Ambitious and insatiably curious mindset
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
