Team Manager – Microsoft Business Applications

Advania is in a growth phase in Central Norway. We are looking for a Team Manager to build and lead a specialized professional environment within Microsoft Business Applications. You are joining at a time when we are investing in increased local capacity and want to build new professional environments around a growing customer base. You therefore have a rare opportunity to combine the entrepreneurship of building something locally with the strength, customer base and expertise of a large Nordic technology company.

Together with the Regional Manager for Central Norway, you will have a central position in developing Advania's operations in the region. And with a strong national professional environment within Business Applications, Cloud, Security and Modern Work, you will help customers modernize processes, create growth and realize business value through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI.

Responsibilities

Building and developing the team

You will have a central role in building, leading and developing our local Business Applications environment in Trondheim. You ensure the right expertise, follow up on employees and build a culture characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous development.

Customer development and business growth

You function as a strategic advisor to customers and contribute to growth within Microsoft Business Applications. Through relationship building, sales work and customer development, you strengthen both customer value and market position.

Service development and innovation

You can help influence and further develop the service offering within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI. The role involves identifying customer needs, developing solutions with documented business value and establishing effective delivery models and best practices.

Delivery management and quality

You ensure high quality in customer deliveries through good resource management, quality assurance and compliance with methodology and governance. At the same time, you monitor technological developments and promote responsible use of technology with a focus on security and compliance.

Collaboration and positioning

You work closely with Advania's professional environments to create comprehensive customer solutions. In addition, you contribute to knowledge sharing, strategic initiatives and represent Advania in relevant customer and industry forums.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience from the IT, technology or consulting industry, and with solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or related Microsoft technology. Beyond this, we would like to see that you also have:

• Experience with people management, team development or professional leadership.
• Good commercial understanding and experience with customer advisory and tender processes.
• Good understanding of how AI, Copilot and modern business applications can create business value.
• Ability to combine strategy, technology and implementation capability.

Requirements for assuming the role

Because we work with customers in Norway, it is a requirement that you master one of the Nordic languages. In addition, it is an advantage if you are able to communicate professionally in English, both orally and in writing.
