About the role

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you understand how an organisation works, ask the right questions and dare to challenge customers when you see there's a smarter way. Drawing on your experience, you translate complex business challenges into thoughtful solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. You take ownership of your projects, monitor solution quality and are a strong sparring partner for customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable and future-proof solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Advise customers on the best approach and propose alternatives from your expertise when they offer greater value
• Be substantively involved throughout the entire implementation journey: from analysis and solution design through configuration, go-live and ongoing optimisation
• Configure and optimise applications within Sales, Customer Service and Marketing while monitoring coherence and solution quality
• Coordinate with various stakeholders at the client and translate technical capabilities clearly into business terms
• Play an active role in pre-sales processes and help translate complex customer questions into appropriate solutions
• Be a technical point of contact for customers and colleagues on complex functional or technical matters
• Work closely with other consultants and technical experts on larger projects, actively share your knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues

What you bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing
• Multiple Dynamics 365 CE implementations from analysis through go-live, understanding what's needed to keep a solution viable long-term
• Strong knowledge of configuration, workflows, dashboards and reporting within Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Comfort with complex business questions and diverse project portfolios — you see them as challenges rather than obstacles
• Ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders and advise and challenge customers from your expertise
• Work independently, take responsibility for substantive decisions and monitor quality, scope and commitments
• Share knowledge readily with colleagues and naturally mentor less experienced consultants
• Actively follow developments within the Microsoft ecosystem and translate relevant new capabilities into opportunities for customers
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, both verbal and written
