We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Custom Pages, Power Pages, and Dataverse, Azure functions. You should be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across full stack development, driving the adoption of new features and technology and following Agile delivery methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Custom Pages, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Utilize your experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including C# and .NET Framework, to develop robust and scalable applications
- Integrate PowerApps with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, REST services, and CRM Applications
- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and enhancements
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable and well-documented code
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Handle deployment and hosting of web applications
- Fit well within an informal rapid innovation environment and provide hands-on management
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Custom Pages, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in agile/iterative software development teams with a DevOps working setup, with emphasis on self-organization and delivery to agreed commitments
- Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including C# and .NET Framework
- Experience with Common Data Service and integrating PowerApps with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, REST services, and CRM Applications
- Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Well versed in using AI tools like GitHub Copilot
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within an informal rapid innovation environment
- Experience with Azure stack (added advantage)
- Experience with UX Interface and ReactJS (a plus)
- Insurance Domain experience (a plus)
