Who are we looking for?

• University education in computer science, technology, mathematics or equivalent knowledge through work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio
• Practical application of Generative AI, AI assistants and AI agents
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you also:

• Have experience working in a DevOps culture and with tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Are certified in AI & Microsoft Power Platform

What does the role entail?

• Design, develop and deliver solutions in Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI solutions
• Develop a framework for AI agents and help identify and prioritize use cases where AI agents can create the greatest business and operational value
• Develop and maintain Power Platform infrastructure and tools including AI components
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform
• Train and support Citizen Developers in the organization
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

As a Power Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying solutions in Microsoft Power Platform to meet business needs. You will be responsible for driving the platform forward and acting as an enabler for Citizen Developers within our organization for low-code solutions. Additionally, you will work at the forefront of technology by integrating Generative AI, AI assistants and AI agents to automate processes and create new value for the business.
