As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.)Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Location: Any BSL LocationJob OverviewKey Responsibilities Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Background & expected experiences:Power Platform AI Developer:Job Description•    5–7 years of relevant IT application development experience in Azure AI services, integration technologies, and enterprise solution development.•    Work with business users, technical teams, solution architects, and leadership to ensure AI solution design and implementation align with business goals and technical standards.•    Experience in developing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, and Logic Apps.•    Analyze business requirements, assess alternatives, and develop intelligent automation, document processing, enterprise search, and conversational AI solutions.•    Experience in integrating Azure AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow systems.•    Effort estimation for developing new AI use cases, enhancements, and application integrations.•    Should have worked on multiple enterprise or mid-sized projects involving AI/ML-driven business solutions, workflow automation, or document intelligence use cases.•    Good at requirement gathering and preparing technical design, scope of work, and development approach documents.Must have skills – Technical•    Strong hands-on experience in Azure AI Foundry for building, managing, and deploying AI-powered solutions.•    Strong experience in Azure OpenAI for implementing generative AI use cases such as chatbots, summarization, content generation, and prompt-based automation.•    Strong experience in Azure AI Search for building enterprise search solutions, indexing content, and enabling retrieval-based AI experiences.•    Strong experience in Azure Document Intelligence for OCR, document classification, form extraction, and structured data processing.•    Strong experience in Logic Apps for workflow automation, system integration, and orchestration of AI-driven business processes.•    Experience integrating Azure AI services with enterprise applications, REST APIs, databases, and Microsoft ecosystem services.•    Hands-on experience in building document processing pipelines, search-based assistants, and workflow-enabled AI applications.•    Good understanding of prompt engineering, grounding patterns, chunking, indexing, and AI response optimization.•    Experience with JSON, REST APIs, authentication methods, and integration patterns for enterprise-grade applications.Area(s) of responsibility .
