\n €480 - €520 a day Your Responsibilities As a key contributor to a cross-functional team, you will shape the Dynamics solution landscape and ensure it meets business needs in a stable and scalable way. Configure, customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business requirements Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions Design and implement integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., via Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, APIs) Support data migration, testing, deployment and go-live activities Provide second- and third-level support, analyze incidents and ensure system stability Act as the point of contact between business departments, IT and external partners Document solutions and train key users Proactively identify improvement potential and contribute to release and change management Your Profile Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ([module]) Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services) Good understanding of business processes in [sales / customer service / finance] Experience in requirements analysis and in working directly with business stakeholders Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences Fluent German and English \n Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform) Development experience (C#/.NET, plug-ins, Azure DevOps) Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) Background in IT services or consulting Why Join?
