Lead a major business systems transformation, overseeing the transition from a legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who can bring business and technology teams together, drive implementation activities, and ensure a complex ERP programme progresses successfully from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, managing project delivery, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists, and external implementation partners.
- Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, risk registers, issue tracking, and escalation processes.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and vendor performance.
- Oversee testing, data migration coordination, integration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Ensure business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and formal project sign-offs.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation and ensure a structured transition into business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, ERP implementation, programme delivery, or business transformation.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional business and IT projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, systems integrators, or implementation partners.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Current authorisation to work permanently in the United States is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace tools.
