You will help clients design, deploy, and support scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and Power Platform environments that advance finance and supply chain transformation. You will collaborate with client business and technology leaders to establish secure application lifecycle management, DevOps, integration, and operational practices across complex engagements.
Work You'll Do
As a Microsoft D365/Power Platform Sr Systems Engineer (Sr Consultant) on the Emerging ERP Solutions team, you will be responsible for:
- Design and govern environment topology, routing, capacity, deployment standards, Data Loss Prevention policies, and managed-environment settings across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Automate; lead transitions from Lifecycle Services (LCS) to Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) deployment models.
- Architect and maintain Git-based application lifecycle management (ALM) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Power Platform Build Tools, solution packaging, automated solution checker gates, release controls, and rollback procedures.
- Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions; document environment and architecture decisions in decision logs and runbooks; present trade-offs involving cost, governance, and delivery speed.
- Manage Azure integration services, including Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Storage Accounts, Internet of Things (IoT) Hub, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights; monitor batch jobs, workflows, integrations, and application performance; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage technical delivery across concurrent client engagements, mentor team members, maintain reusable assets, and evaluate governance implications of emerging Power Platform capabilities, including Code Apps, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide clear guidance to others
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), and Power Platform.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub-based continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Dataverse solutions and Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
- Experience using Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), environment groups, managed environments, and Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)-to-PPAC deployment transitions.
- Experience designing Dataverse solution architecture, including managed and unmanaged solution layering and use of the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit or Application Lifecycle Management Accelerator.
- Experience using Azure Portal and at least two of the following Azure services: API Management, Service Bus, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT) Hub, Key Vault, or Azure Functions.
- Experience leading client workshops, architecture reviews, or steering committee presentations.
- Experience managing technical delivery across two or more concurrent client engagements.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required, without the need for overnight accommodations.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
