ESPECIALISTA FUNCIONAL SENIOR BUSINESS CENTRAL

About the role

Grupo Empresarial Enhol seeks a Senior Functional Consultant ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join the corporate Technology and Digital Strategy department, with between 5 and 10 years of experience in the required functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, evolution and continuous improvement projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at national and international level.
• Act as the functional reference for the ERP, ensuring correct alignment with business processes.
• Analyse, define and document functional requirements together with different company areas.
• Design efficient solutions within Business Central, proposing process improvements.
• Manage corrective and evolutionary system maintenance.
• Coordinate internal teams (business and IT) and external suppliers.
• Supervise integrations with other systems and digital solutions.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives, including process automation and AI incorporation.
• Ensure correct adoption of implemented solutions by users.

Requirements

Education

• University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial, Telecommunications) or Business Administration and Management; or equivalent.

Experience and knowledge

• Essential: practical experience in implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and knowledge of business processes.
• Essential: knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain) and experience in requirements definition and business coordination.
• Desirable: certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL development, project management (Scrum, PMP or similar), process automation training and AI use in business processes.
• Desirable: knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) and Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to business.
• Medium/high English language skills required for presentations and projects in other countries.
