Ceca Magán offers the opportunity to join stably a multidisciplinary firm that is dynamic and in full growth.
We are looking to incorporate into our IT team a Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and Artificial Intelligence, with a clear orientation towards innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
The selected person will have a relevant role in the technological evolution of the firm, actively participating in the administration, supervision, optimization and development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Business Central platforms, as well as in the identification and implementation of new artificial intelligence-based solutions.
We are looking for a profile with a solid functional and technical foundation, capable of understanding the needs of the different areas of the firm, transforming them into efficient solutions and collaborating with both internal teams and our external technology suppliers.
The position combines management of enterprise applications, functional consulting, technological coordination and innovation through artificial intelligence, offering the opportunity to participate directly in strategic digital transformation projects.
Objective of the position
To become an internal technological reference in Microsoft Dynamics and in the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions, contributing to technological autonomy, operational efficiency, tool integration and firm innovation.
Responsibilities
- Management, administration and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Management and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Artificial intelligence, automation and technological innovation
- Coordination of suppliers, management of projects and internal support
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics solutions, preferably in Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
- Demonstrable experience in configuration, parameterization, administration and support of enterprise applications
- Experience participating in implementation projects, evolutionary maintenance or process transformation
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Technical knowledge
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially CRM), Business Central, Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), Dynamics 365 data model, Dataverse, integration between applications and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, generative AI, low-code/no-code solutions, APIs, connectors, programming and technological project management will be valued.
