About the role

We are establishing a new initiative within Dynamics 365 Business Central, with headquarters and a centre of excellence in Rogaland. We are looking for you with specialist expertise in this field, and who wants to be part of building something new with us.

We are recruiting broadly, but especially seeking someone who has experience and wants a role as:

• Business Central Consultant within Finance, Project or Production
• Solutions Architect with responsibility for solution architecture, integrations and technical choices in our deliveries
• Management Consultant who will work with operations, further development and improvements for existing customers
• Sales Manager

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Advania Norge and become part of an interdisciplinary competence environment that covers AI-driven development and modern delivery models. This includes close collaboration with an established Dynamics CRM environment in Oslo, and Business Central environments located in both the UK and Iceland.

What will you do?

• Participate in customer projects nationally, with the opportunity to work with businesses across industries and geographical locations.
• Advise customers throughout the entire process, from needs mapping and solution design to implementation, improvement and further development of solutions.
• Contribute professionally, methodologically and commercially to the development of a new professional area, including best practice, sales support, tendering work and market positioning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience as a consultant and with complex customer projects, who has:

• expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• process understanding within various fields such as finance, logistics, service or project
• experience as a Solutions Architect in projects

As a consultant, you are curious and confident when meeting people. You:

• are able to quickly get up to speed with new issues, create structure in a varied working day and deliver with high quality, even when the pace is high
• are adaptable and comfortable with change, while building trust through clear communication and professional appearance
• work well with different types of people, take responsibility for your own deliveries and are motivated by creating value for the customer. In addition, you are proactive, see opportunities where others see challenges, and contribute positively to both working environment and results.

Requirements

Because we work with customers in Norway, it is a requirement that you master one of the Nordic languages. In addition, it is an advantage if you can communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
