About the role

We are continuing to strengthen our dedicated Business Central team within Dynamics 365. We have many exciting customer engagements ahead and are now seeking a Business Central specialist who wants to help our customers develop smart, sustainable and business-focused solutions. Right now we are placing special emphasis on production expertise, while the role offers the opportunity to work broadly with Business Central and continue developing alongside knowledgeable colleagues.

What does the role involve?

You work closely with our customers to understand their operations, needs and business goals and translate them into sustainable solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role combines elements of the application consultant, business consultant and solution architect perspective. At senior level, the role can correspond to Functional Solution Architect (FSA), with greater responsibility for solution design, advice and functional leadership within the specialist area.

Production is an important focus in this recruitment. We are therefore particularly looking for someone who understands production processes and can see how Business Central supports the entire business workflow and interaction between, for example, production, Supply Chain, inventory, procurement, sales and finance.

• Conduct analysis, process mapping, requirements work and solution design together with the customer.
• Design, configure and implement Business Central processes, with particular focus on production-related needs where relevant.
• Guide customers in how they can best use Business Central to develop and streamline their business processes.
• Lead or contribute to workshops and drive functional solutions forward together with the customer and delivery team.
• Support testing, training, go-live and further development of customer solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, project managers and other consultants.
• At a more senior level, contribute to presales, estimation, customer advice and knowledge sharing.

Who are you?

You enjoy being an advisor and sharing your knowledge. You feel comfortable working both independently and with others, and you are comfortable in a customer-facing role where you need to understand the business behind system requirements.

• You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a consultant or superuser.
• You have an understanding of production processes. Experience from the manufacturing industry is particularly relevant in this recruitment.
• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in a professional environment.
• You share Columbus' company values and contribute to good collaboration with customers and colleagues.
