Software Developer | Power BI and Power Automate

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to develop and optimize business applications, automate workflows, and build reporting solutions that improve advisor productivity and operational efficiency within our wealth management firm. This role will focus on Dynamics 365 customization, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integration with financial and business systems. Key Responsibilities Customize and maintain Dynamics 365 applications to support CRM processes, advisor workflows, and client relationship management Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making Integrate Dynamics 365 with CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, document management, and other platforms using APIs and Microsoft Azure Develop and maintain databases, data flows, and supporting applications to improve data accessibility and system performance Troubleshoot application, automation, integration, and reporting issues while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance Collaborate with advisors, operations, and leadership to identify technology needs and implement scalable solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of software development or business systems experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Automate Knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in wealth management, financial services, or fintech Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Power Platform Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Wealthbox, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, eMoney, or RightCapital Knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulatory environments Experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation tools Why Join Us?
