We are currently seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer (FTE / Onsite) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). Day to Day Job Duties: (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Build and maintain Power Apps solutions using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Develop automated business workflows and integrations using Power Automate. Design and configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and application data models. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Develop dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical solutions using DAX and Power Query (M Language). Work with SQL Server and relational databases to support data integration, reporting, analytics, and application requirements. Integrate Power Platform applications with REST APIs, external applications, databases, and enterprise systems. Design solutions following established Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards. Support deployment and promotion of Power Platform solutions across development, testing, and production environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, workflow, and application requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Work with Microsoft Azure services and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to support integrations and enterprise solution delivery. Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SQL, and integration-related issues. Participate in solution design reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and production-support activities.

Basic Qualifications: (What are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each)

Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI development. Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Strong experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate. Experience designing and working with Microsoft Dataverse. Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Experience developing analytical solutions using DAX and Power Query (M Language). Experience with SQL Server and relational database design. Strong understanding of Power Platform solution architecture, governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with REST APIs and external enterprise systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution-design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Experience designing enterprise-scale Power Platform architecture and governance frameworks. Experience implementing Power Platform security, environment strategy, and ALM practices. Experience developing reusable components, automation frameworks, and enterprise reporting standards. Microsoft Power Platform and/or Power BI certifications.

#LI-NorthAmerica NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $125,280.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
