Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in ERP development or technical consulting, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Strong practical experience in D365 F&O technical development using X++.
• Experience designing and implementing extensions, customisations and integrations.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and enterprise ERP business processes.
• Practical experience with APIs, Data Entities and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source/version control and deployment processes.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade or enhancement projects.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and technical documentation.
• Understanding of Microsoft development and application lifecycle management best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management or related ERP modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Data Management Framework (DMF), OData and Dual-write.
• Experience with Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Experience with Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 migration projects.
• Good understanding of ERP solution architecture and enterprise integration design.
• Experience providing technical leadership within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Previous experience in consulting environments or international organisations.
• German or French at C1 level.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.

Project Description

The project focuses on international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The consultant will work on complex ERP solutions covering implementation, development, system integration, migration, rollout and upgrade activities.

The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants, solution architects and business stakeholders in an international environment. The consultant will contribute to designing scalable D365 F&O solutions while ensuring alignment with Microsoft development, integration and ALM best practices.

Scope of Services

• Design, develop, customise and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Develop extensions and technical enhancements using X++ and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external enterprise systems.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Analyse technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and client-side business and technical stakeholders.
• Support data migration using D365 F&O data management capabilities.
• Conduct technical testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Support deployment and release management processes using Azure DevOps.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in technical and solution design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft development, security and application lifecycle management best practices.
• Contribute technical expertise to complex international ERP transformation programmes.
