- Configure and optimise sales, purchasing, inventory and logistical processes tailored to your client's operations
- Guide data migrations from existing ERP systems and help clients transition smoothly to Business Central
- Develop test scenarios, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor the functional quality of the solution
- Ensure clients can work independently with their ERP solution through key-user training, documentation and knowledge transfer
- Remain involved after go-live, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and further improvements based on your experience
- Apply your functional expertise during pre-sales activities and contribute to developing suitable ERP and Business Central solutions for new clients
What you bring

- Smooth communication with key-users, stakeholders and technical colleagues; ability to explain complex ERP questions clearly and comprehensibly
- Ownership of your functional domain, proactive thinking and confident guidance of clients in their decisions
- Willingness to share your expertise with colleagues and clients while remaining curious about new possibilities within Business Central and ERP
