About the role
As Senior ERP Implementatieconsultant Productie, you take responsibility over the complete implementation trajectory. From analysis and setup to testing, training and go-live: you combine ERP expertise with insight into what a production company operationally needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and structure complex processes within production environments
- Translate business needs into thoughtful ERP solutions within Microsoft Business Central and add-ons
- Configure, test and monitor the quality of the chosen solution
- Guide implementation trajectories from analysis to go-live
- Advise and train key users during change trajectories
- Facilitate workshops and share expertise with customers and colleagues
- Contribute to pre-sales, demos and recognising new opportunities with customers
- Take initiative to advance projects and solutions in terms of content
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience with ERP implementations as a consultant
- In-depth experience with an ERP platform and ambition to work with Microsoft Business Central
- Experience with or strong affinity for production processes
- Analytical capability to reduce complex processes to workable solutions
- Independence and ownership within implementation projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and key users
- Willingness to share expertise and improve solutions together with colleagues
- Flexibility to travel, including internationally when projects require it
