R2R Finance Transformation Manager – MS Dynamics 365

Location: Warsaw / Katowice / Wrocław

Work arrangement: 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

As part of EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Practice, you will support clients in transforming their finance processes. This role focuses on MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects and end-to-end R2R (Record-to-Report) process transformation. You will provide industry best practices and thought leadership, ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives, and support development of client proposals.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in improving and transforming R2R processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Utilize and demonstrate deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive efficient transformation and transition
• Design and execute test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams (business analysts, project managers, technical teams)
• Support solution design
• Support go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing expertise and value proposition
• Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, articulating the benefits and outcomes of finance transformation initiatives
• Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, clearly communicating them to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R processes
• Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ideally including system configuration understanding or hands-on key user experience
• Familiarity with leading practices in finance process optimization and transformation
• Ability to work directly with clients, offer strategic insights, and adapt to changing needs
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Ideal qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French
• Experience in other finance domains such as P2P or O2C
