We are seeking someone with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who wants to take a leading role in implementation projects with high business impact. You may currently work as a project manager, application consultant, or business-focused ERP consultant and want to continue developing in larger and more complex deliveries.
In this role you will combine business understanding, consulting, and project management in assignments where you help customers develop and streamline processes within areas such as finance, logistics, warehouse, and production.
As part of our growing ERP offering, you will be a central player in projects ranging from comprehensive ERP transformations to integrated solutions where Business Central works together with Power Platform, Dynamics CE, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading or driving projects and implementations through their entire lifecycle – from analysis and planning to implementation, follow-up, and further development
- Being a consulting partner to customers on matters related to business processes and business systems
- Creating structure, clarity, and momentum in complex deliveries with multiple stakeholders
- Working closely with developers, architects, and other consultants in cross-functional teams
- Helping to develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinating implementations and integrations related to Business Central and related solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP solutions
- Currently working as, for example, a project manager, application consultant, or business consultant within ERP
- Experience with implementations, business development, or business system projects, preferably in consulting
- Comfortable working close to customers and confident in dialogue with both business and IT stakeholders
- Good understanding of business processes within areas such as finance, logistics, warehouse, or production
- Thrive in a consulting and driving role where you combine business and technology
- Ability to create structure and momentum in complex deliveries
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is particularly meriting. We would also like to see that you have worked with other established ERP platforms, such as Jeeves, Pyramid, IFS, Monitor, Visma, or similar solutions.
