We are a Microsoft Partner specializing in supporting Italian SMEs in the digitalization of business processes. We design solutions combining Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to automate work and create value from our clients' data.
To strengthen our Business Applications team, we are seeking a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer who will design and develop custom applications and automations, from requirements analysis through production release.
Responsibilities
You will be the technical reference point for developing low-code and custom solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Power Platform Development
- Development of applications with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
- Process automation with Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop / RPA)
- Development of external portals with Power Pages
- Creation of dashboards and reporting with Power BI
- Development of Copilot Studio agents and integration of AI in processes
Dynamics 365
- Customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Business Central depending on projects)
- Development of custom extensions (plug-ins, custom API, web resources)
- Integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and with the Power Platform
Dataverse and integrations
- Data modeling on Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security)
- Development of integrations via REST API, custom connectors, and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps)
- ALM management and deployment via solutions and pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
Analysis and client relations
- Requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders
- Translation of needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Technical documentation and go-live support
Requirements
- Development experience on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse data model
- Development skills: C#/.NET, JavaScript, REST API
- Understanding of ALM logic and solution management
- Analysis capabilities and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent Italian and technical English
- Autonomy, precision, and attention to code quality
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certifications: PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect); also MB-800 / MB-820 for Business Central
- Experience with Copilot Studio and generative AI scenarios
- Skills in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for integrations
- Advanced Power BI experience (DAX, modeling)
- Experience in MSP / Partner or consulting environments
- Familiarity with compliance topics (GDPR, NIS2)

- Senior profile salary: €45,000 – 60,000 gross annual, defined based on skills, certifications, and experience (Mid-level profiles adjusted accordingly)
