Responsibilities
In this role, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative are key. You will build your role in your own way as part of our team, and your focus may include:
- Supporting sales
- Customer dialogue
- Defining technical solutions
- Refining backlogs
- Promoting continuous improvement
We often work across functions rather than by individual customer, and we expect you to bring new perspectives and a desire to develop our practices. In customer work, you will help guide discussions towards long-term and agile product development rather than focusing solely on schedule questions.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
- Dynamics 365 experience is considered an advantage
- Power Platform / Dynamics certifications are a plus
- Experience with .NET and/or React development and integrations
- Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps solutions and DevOps environments
- Experience utilising artificial intelligence in development and customer solutions
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent Finnish and English
- Relevant university degree (e.g. computer science, software engineering)
