Responsibilities

In this role, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative are key. You will build your role in your own way as part of our team, and your focus could be on supporting sales, customer dialogue, defining technical solutions, refining backlogs, or promoting continuous improvement.

We often work on a functional basis rather than per customer, and we expect fresh perspectives from you and a desire to develop our ways of working. In customer work, you will help guide conversations towards long-term and agile product development rather than focusing solely on schedule questions.

You will join a team where sharing knowledge, collaboration, and taking care of customers are strongly present. Your insights are valued, and we hope you will be an important part of our shared success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
• Dynamics 365 experience considered an advantage
• Power Platform / Dynamics certifications a plus
• Experience with .NET and/or React development and integrations
• Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps solutions and DevOps environments
• Experience leveraging artificial intelligence in development and customer solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Relevant university degree (e.g., information technology, software engineering)
