The Role
Position: Power Platform Developer based at NSEZ, Noida
Purpose: This role transforms requirements into software according to design, to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business apps using Power Apps (Canvas primarily)
- Build Power Automate workflows for process automation
- Use Dataverse / SharePoint as backend for applications
- Deliver fast, scalable, and reusable solutions
- Build Power BI dashboards for operations (production, quality, CI)
- Work with business users to define KPIs and reporting needs
- Use programming, scripting and database languages to write software code that meets requirements and optimizes software performance
- Identify existing software components, libraries and frameworks to reuse in solutions
- Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Contribute to requirement (functional and non-functional) analysis and estimations
- Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements
- Build software structure including functions, design patterns, layers, etc.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams and charts
- Design and code autonomously complex functions and full modules, within agreed quality, deadline and cost; ask for support of experienced peers when needed
- Perform code reviews and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in workshops with customers and external parties
- Coach less experienced software developers
