The Opportunity

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions by using out-of-the-box features to create custom pages, site templates, features, and Web parts. Write custom code to create and deploy ServiceNow solutions, as needed. Customize and brand ServiceNow sites, configure workflows, and customize lists, pages, and forms using ServiceNow. Support installation and configuration of ServiceNow instances in cloud environments. Foster user adoption of ServiceNow by demonstrating ServiceNow features and technologies to clients and enabling the conversion of business requirements into solutions. Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner. Discuss requirements with clients and follow internal and client-specific protocols used to document and design ServiceNow sites, templates, structure, and taxonomy development required to develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow. Participate in all facets of the software development life cycle, including requirements solicitation and documentation, system and acceptance testing, and training, as needed.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications
• Experience working with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations
• Ability to use Microsoft Flow and Power Automate
• Ability to design and implement Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows
• Ability to work with general web technologies, including AngularJS, SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with database modeling and concepts, Performance Points, Reporting Services, Business Data Catalogs, and Business Connectivity Services
• Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Ability to work in a team environment and offer or support ideas
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary: The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
