MSD Power Pages -Business Central Architect

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE, with deep specialization in Customer Insights, Journey Orchestration, and data integration. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and provide actionable business insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE

focusing on Customer Insights and Journeys.

• Configure and customize workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform

components to meet business requirements.

• Build and maintain data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, APIs,

and Power Automate.

• Optimize data models and architecture for advanced analytics and journey

mapping.

• Perform system updates, patches, and performance tuning to ensure high

availability.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end‑user training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate

them into technical designs.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce version control, and adhere to development

standards.

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize customer insights.
• Participate in DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline configuration for

Dynamics 365 solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions,

especially Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

• Deep expertise in Customer Insights and Journey Orchestration within the

Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, Power Apps, and Power Automate for

customization.

• Strong data management skills using Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, and

APIs.

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and creating visualizations using Power

BI.

• Ability to design, build, and maintain integration processes across

platforms.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and code

review processes.

• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global environment.
• Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and familiarity with Azure

DevOps tools.
