MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

Due to our growth, we are seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst who will be responsible for defining, analyzing, documenting organizational business requirements, and providing configuration and implementation of requirements within a Dynamics CRM platform. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance in the creation and configuration of Dynamics CRM components, including data structures, fields, forms, views, reports, and workflows
• Create advanced workflows, automated processes, and customize forms and views to meet specific business needs
• Manage data structures, including entities, tables, and fields, and integrate data from various sources
• Organize and execute declarative configuration work, solution documentation, and related implementation support of platform solutions in applicable technologies
• Demonstrate solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform security model including role-based access control and data encryption
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements
• Analyze specific business processes and needs, then produce detailed documentation of the required functionality
• Provide fundamental guidance within all aspects of platform software including technical capabilities with the understanding of technical and business requirements, and configuration methods
• Provide gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover undocumented business requirements
• Research technical and functional solutions to business problems
• Perform maintenance and administration functions within platform to support business needs including design and testing of configuration changes, scripts, or approved tools
• Review and revise existing project requirements and make process improvement recommendations
• Account for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project tasks/milestones
• Utilize delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira as directed by supervisor or project manager
• Support organization and planning of end-user training and support via demonstrations and documentation as needed
• Provide troubleshooting of system issues by applying advanced knowledge, replication of business processes, understanding of system functionality, and root cause analysis

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing and/or delivering user requirements on a Dynamics 365 platform
• Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations
• Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables
• Confident in making decisions, accurate, detail-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze
• Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization

Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.
