Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
Location: Qatar
Joining timeframe: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS
- Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
- Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments
