About the Role
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Required Experience
- At least 4–7 years of IT experience
- Microsoft Power Platform New Service Development experience
- .NET Core: minimum 2 years hands-on experience
- C#: minimum 2 years hands-on experience
- Azure Functions: 3 years experience
- Experience with Co-pilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder
- Good hands-on experience with SQL
- Good hands-on experience with Dataverse / Dynamics CRM / CDS – Data modelling & Design
- Good hands-on experience with Canvas Apps Development
- Good hands-on experience with Power Automate Development
