About the Role

We are expanding our IT department and seeking a person with analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation to drive automation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with different areas of the organisation, identifying improvement opportunities, defining technological solutions and leading their development and implementation from start to finish.

The role requires proactivity and initiative, communication capacity with business users and technical teams, organisation, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation and digitalisation opportunities
• Gather functional requirements and design technological solutions adapted to each area's needs, from definition to production deployment
• Design and develop enterprise applications with Power Apps Canvas
• Develop automations and workflows using Power Automate
• Design and develop conversational agents with Copilot Studio
• Implement solutions based on Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence and other Azure AI services
• Integrate corporate systems through APIs, custom connectors and platforms such as Salesforce and Sage
• Manage and exploit information stored in SharePoint Online
• Prepare functional and technical documentation of developed solutions, applying development and quality best practices
• Participate in production deployment, training and user support
• Identify new opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation applications within the organisation

Required Technical Skills

• Experience developing applications with Power Apps Canvas
• Experience automating processes using Power Automate
• Experience designing and developing agents with Copilot Studio
• Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Experience integrating systems, applications and external services through APIs
• Ability to interact with users and business areas, understanding their needs and transforming them into technological solutions
• Ability to manage projects and developments autonomously, from requirements gathering to production deployment

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Service and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with Git and repository management platforms, preferably Azure DevOps
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD), preferably using Azure Pipelines
• Experience in programming languages (Python, C#, JavaScript or similar)
• Experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions
• Experience with RAG architectures and assistants based on corporate knowledge
• Experience in digital transformation projects
