Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV / Dynamics NAV) implementations
- Experience in the role of Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Business Central architecture, configuration, and customization
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs
- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations
- Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips to Dubai and other client locations when required
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamics NAV migrations to Business Central
- Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working in international enterprise environments

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join our international team and support the delivery of enterprise-scale ERP transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting Business Central solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements across diverse industries.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to define scalable ERP architectures, support implementation projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, including occasional business travel to Dubai to support workshops, project delivery, and client engagement activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions
- Provide advisory support related to ERP systems, digital transformation, and process optimization
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams across international environments
- Oversee solution quality, including integrations, customizations, and system enhancements
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and costing activities
- Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of implemented solutions
- Provide technical guidance to consultants and development teams
- Support migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives related to Business Central
- Participate in client workshops and occasional business trips to Dubai and other international locations as part of project delivery and stakeholder collaboration
