About the role

We are now seeking an experienced economist to our accounts payable function within the Financial Services department. We are responsible for Nordic group-wide financial functions including accounts receivable and payable, accounting and reporting, as well as hotel payments and destination economics.

In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable for the group's companies. Your main work tasks include:

• Receive, process, register and pay supplier invoices from cooperation partners globally
• Reconciliation of suppliers as well as bank account and balance sheet reconciliation
• Follow-up, accounting, investigation work and financial statements
• Service and support to colleagues and cooperation partners
• Continuous improvement work in a dynamic environment with rapid changes

You will work with tools such as Medius, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Power Automate, banking systems and Excel as well as other tools within Microsoft 365. You report to the Head of Accounts Payable.

Who we are looking for

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in economics, or several years of experience within accounts payable
• Experience working in accounts payable with familiarity of working in financial systems
• Documented experience of accounting and financial processes
• Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and good ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Merits

• Experience with the invoice management system Medius and the ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience in digitalization and automation, preferably with Power Automate
