Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant

As a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant at Ivy Partners, you will: Provide first-line functional support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service users, handling incidents, service requests and functional questions. Support different business units in the daily use of the solution, including work orders, resource scheduling and the mobile application. Run training sessions and provide guidance to end users. Drive user adoption of Dynamics 365 Field Service across the organisation and promote best practices. Identify and follow up on functional challenges, working closely with the project lead. Create and maintain user guides, training materials and knowledge base articles. Support functional testing and UAT activities for new releases and enhancements, gathering user feedback and proposing improvements. About You You are our ideal candidate if you: Have at least 1 year of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, scheduling and asset management processes. Have experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus. Have a business-oriented and functional mindset, with a strong focus on user needs rather than technical development. Are an excellent communicator, comfortable delivering training sessions and supporting users from different business areas. Learn quickly and adapt easily to different business environments.
