What we value

• Strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to identify, evaluate and enable improvements driven by automation and artificial intelligence in daily business activities.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
• Demonstrable experience in the design and deployment of Copilot Studio agents with generative AI, actions, custom connectors and business grounding via RAG.
• Experience in AI governance, responsible AI and Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, environments, licensing and monitoring.
• Experience in solution lifecycle management (ALM) and CI/CD, using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps, as well as custom connectors, REST APIs and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages or tools to automate processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Work arrangements

Hybrid modality: 2 days per week in Sant Cugat del Vallès
