Your Mission

In a context of strong evolution of the Microsoft ecosystem, marked by the rise of generative AI, agents and new consumption models, the Power Platform Architect contributes to ensuring the availability, security, compliance, cost control and evolution of Bull's platform.

Reporting to the Digital Workplace and Collaboration team, you leverage the existing Power Platform foundation to operate it, enhance its governance model and enable progressive industrialisation of Copilot Studio usage, from agent creation and testing through validation, publication and production deployment.

You are the technical reference for development teams. Without developing business solutions yourself, you support them through your mastery of low-code/no-code on architecture, security, ALM and production deployment.

You work closely with Security, AI Governance, Data/Fabric, Data Protection and business teams to ensure controlled and efficient platform usage.

Main Responsibilities

As a trusted contact on the platform, you work transversely across five major areas:

1. Platform Operation and Maintenance

• Create and administer Power Platform environments (lifecycle management)
• Manage data links and connections to external data sources
• Control platform logs from a security and data sovereignty angle (localisation, routing, inference)
• Drive migration of the Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE) to an internal governance framework
• Ensure active technology watch on the Message Center and Microsoft roadmap
• Configure and maintain capacities required for AI agent creation, testing, publication and execution
• Define and supervise the lifecycle of AI agents
• Control authorised agents, connectors and AI services on the platform

2. Usage, Asset and Cost Governance

• Track licences (allocation, availability) and Copilot Studio costs (consumption, overruns)
• Track application portfolio: inventory of applications, flows, connectors, agents and platform dependencies, criticality, owners
• Track actual usage volumes on the platform (who uses what, at what frequency, with what criticality)
• Produce budget trends and forecasts accounting for regular Microsoft licensing changes

3. Governance

• Define and evolve DLP policies, in coordination with Group Security
• Supervise user access governance and configure managed environments
• Define generative AI usage rules on the platform in collaboration with Security, Data Protection and AI Governance teams
• Carry out architecture and security reviews of agents and their use cases, including integrations with third-party systems, before publication or production deployment
• Define rules for ownership, sharing, publication, service continuity and retirement of agents

4. Technical Support and Community Contribution

• Provide technical support to makers and developers: reviews of Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio solutions, design best practices, resolution of complex issues, support for production deployment
• Animate the Power Platform and Copilot Studio community of practice: share best practices, peer support among creators, guide functional requests to training resources and use case support teams
• Produce and maintain technical documentation on administration, architecture and production deployment
• Build on use cases and encourage reuse of existing solutions
• Provide architecture expertise to complex projects, without substituting teams responsible for development or business support

5. Power BI

• Administer Power BI capacities (Premium/Fabric), workspaces and access
• Define data modelling and reporting standards
• Supervise data flow governance and dashboard quality
• Provide technical support to report development teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bac+5 level (engineering school, master's) in computer science
• Experience: Confirmed experience in architecture (5 years in similar role), governance or run of large-scale Power Platform
• Platform Mastery: Confirmed practice of low-code/no-code: Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power BI and Copilot Studio (agent creation and licensing model)
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of interactions between Power Platform products and their impacts in Teams/SharePoint; good knowledge of Power Fx, Dataverse and solution management (ALM, environments, deployment); comfort with REST APIs and custom connectors
• Compliance: Security, sovereignty, compliance and data protection sensitivity (GDPR, AI Act)
• Language: Professional English (B2 minimum, C1 appreciated)

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PL-300 (Power BI), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), AB-100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect), AB-620 (AI Agent Builder), AB-900 (Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals)
• GitHub Copilot skills

Environment and Terms

• Location: France - 3 days in office per week
• Compensation: 65,000–80,000 € (complete package)
