Business Productivity AI Governance Resource

As a Business Productivity AI Governance Resource within ETS, you enable the responsible adoption and governance of Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and AI-enabled Power Platform solutions across DLL. You help ensure these technologies are used securely, compliantly, and transparently in line with DLL's AI risk framework, information security standards, privacy requirements, and Power Platform governance controls.

Because SharePoint is a key foundation for Copilot and many Power Platform solutions, you also contribute to the governance and responsible use of SharePoint capabilities, content, permissions, and lifecycle management.

Working closely with the AI Competency Center, platform administrators, and key stakeholders, you guide makers, business owners, product owners, and delivery teams through AI governance processes. You review new and existing AI use cases, support risk and compliance assessments, validate alignment with governance requirements, and ensure ownership, support, licensing, and lifecycle responsibilities are clearly defined.

You actively monitor adoption, compliance, and operational risks across Copilot, AI Builder, and Power Platform solutions. By identifying governance gaps, driving remediation, and developing standards and best practices, you help DLL scale AI innovation while maintaining appropriate control, transparency, and compliance.
