- Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse components
- Provide L3 troubleshooting, incident investigation and resolution
- Perform corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance
- Develop application enhancements, workflows and business rules
- Support testing, deployment and release management
- Maintain technical documentation and source control
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate and Dataverse
- SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations
- REST APIs and custom connectors
- Azure DevOps and Power Platform ALM
- Experience supporting production Power Platform applications
