Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Power Platform and external systems.
- Investigate API connectivity, authentication and data exchange issues.
- Support Power Automate integration flows and connectors.
- Maintain secure integration configurations and credentials.
- Develop and test new integrations as required.
- Coordinate technical investigations with external service providers.
Required Technical Skills
- REST APIs, JSON, HTTPS and integration troubleshooting.
- Power Automate connectors and integration patterns.
- OAuth2, OpenID Connect and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Dataverse and SharePoint Online integrations.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure integration services is an advantage.
