DE&A - IPA - Power Platform

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and workflow development, with hands-on experience in creating and maintaining RPA bots to optimize business processes.

Experience in the Automation Anywhere tool is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate
• Deploy RPA solutions into production environments
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation
• Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality
• Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience as an RPA developer, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Strong understanding of business process workflows
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred:

• Experience with other RPA tools like Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
• Certification in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform
