Your Mission

Within Talan teams, you will work across the entire lifecycle of Microsoft 365 projects, from scoping through support and continuous improvement.

You will support clients in:

• Digital Workplace transformation
• Digitalisation and automation of business processes
• Implementation of collaborative solutions
• Governance of Microsoft 365 platforms
• Adoption of collaborative tools and generative AI
• Design of intelligent agents and assistants integrated into business processes

Your Responsibilities

Consulting and Support

• Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements
• Conduct opportunity and feasibility studies
• Challenge requests and propose the most suitable solutions
• Participate in defining architectures and roadmaps
• Support clients in their digital transformation projects

Design and Implementation

• Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Deploy collaborative and business solutions based on:
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Lists
• Viva Connections
• Microsoft Graph
• Develop specific components when necessary:
• SPFx
• React
• TypeScript
• APIs and connectors

Generative AI and Agents

• Identify and implement high-value AI use cases
• Develop virtual assistants and business agents
• Design solutions based on:
• Microsoft Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Agents Copilot
• Power Platform Copilot
• Azure AI Services
• Participate in governance, security, and adoption of generative AI solutions
• Support users in understanding these new technologies

Governance and Operations

• Define and apply Microsoft 365 best practices
• Participate in architecture and security reviews
• Contribute to governance of SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot
• Provide level 3 support and operational maintenance activities
• Produce associated technical and functional documentation

Innovation and Offer Development

• Participate in technology monitoring
• Develop accelerators and reusable components
• Contribute to demos, pre-sales, and responses to calls for tenders
• Participate in enriching Talan's Microsoft and AI offerings

Required Profile

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience on the Microsoft ecosystem
• Significant experience on Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform projects
• Ability to work on both BUILD and RUN phases
• Strong autonomy and customer service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in complex environments
• Professional English
