About the role

You will work within the Nantes office/business unit alongside 150 consultants on diverse client missions, supporting the development of your skills, soft skills, and understanding of the firm's expertise.

Our consultants support leading companies across the Grand Ouest region, supporting local clients in their digital transformation projects and strategic decisions. The Nantes office covers a broad range of Wavestone's expertise (technological, functional, and business) and offers the opportunity to participate in varied, high value-added missions, ranging from strategic framing to operational project implementation.

Cybersecurity (CYB):

• Cybersecurity strategy and compliance (risks, crisis management, privacy, critical infrastructure, regulations – ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR)

• AI governance and risk management: risk analysis on AI and GenAI projects, updating internal processes and benchmarks, evaluation of environmental, social and HR impacts of AI systems, use governance (charters, responsible AI policies) and regulatory compliance management (AI Act, GDPR, sectoral)
• AI × Cybersecurity: at the intersection of our Data/AI and Cyber expertise, three angles covered: AI for Cyber (strengthening detection, SOC and incident response with AI), Cyber for IA (securing market solutions, AI penetration testing and Red Teaming, securing platforms and agents) and AI vs Cyber (awareness of new threats: deepfakes, CEO fraud, prompt injection, targeting leadership, information security teams and employees)
• Adoption and acculturation: support for deployment of Copilot M365, Gemini and Claude (pilots, adoption waves, value and ROI measurement), user training, AI community animation and leadership and management acculturation
• Analysis, deployment and implementation of AI use cases: framing and industrialization of GenAI solutions, agent development, multi-agent workflows, modernization and automation of services and business processes, etc.

Internship subject

Context

In a context where companies seek to automate their processes while improving user experience, conversational chatbots are becoming key tools for digital transformation. Their ability to dialogue naturally with users, respond to varied requests, and integrate into digital journeys make them increasingly used solutions.

The Microsoft environment, and in particular Copilot Studio, offers a solid framework for designing these virtual agents. The integration of Power Automate into this tool opens many possibilities: connecting chatbots to external services like ServiceNow or Salesforce, creating advanced business logic, accessing Microsoft 365 or Dataverse data, and automating complex tasks.

With this combination, chatbots are no longer limited to answering simple questions. They become true business assistants, capable of:

• Launching automated processes
• Adapting responses according to user profile
• Reducing processing time and errors

This approach naturally integrates into the company's digital environment, complementing existing tools, making it essential to explore for us and our clients how to fully leverage Power Automate integration in Copilot Studio to create smarter, more connected and more useful chatbots for end users.

Internship objectives

The objective of this internship will be to explore synergies between Copilot Studio and Power Automate to enrich the conversational functionalities of virtual agents. It will demonstrate concretely how the use of automated workflows can transform a simple chatbot into a digital assistant capable of interacting with business systems, executing complex tasks and adapting to different usage contexts.

Work to be completed

Under the supervision of a consultant and/or management by a manager, the intern may be asked to carry out some or all of the following work:

• Benchmarking of capabilities offered by Power Automate in Copilot Studio
• Exploration of standard and premium connectors to interact with third-party systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, HR tools, etc.)
• Implementation of real scenarios via concrete use cases, chosen by the intern and validated by the supervisor (e.g.: automatic ticket creation, consultation of personalized information, internal data updates, etc.)
• Evaluation of technical and functional limitations of this integration
• Writing a best practices guide for joint use of Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• Contribution to internal or client projects using the Power Platform, in connection with technical and business teams
• A specific theme will be assigned to you upon arrival based on the offering needs

These deliverables will feed the firm's knowledge and vision and will be used to meaningfully supplement our future assignments.

In parallel, you will participate in one or more consulting missions with our clients, integrated into a team of consultants under the responsibility of a project manager.

You may be asked to interact with companies and software editors to feed thinking and deliverables.

Finally, the work produced may be published and shared within the office.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Academic experience or internship on Data / AI projects
• Awareness of governance issues, responsible AI or regulation
• First experience in workshop facilitation or project management

Languages

• French: fluent level required for this position
• English: minimum C1 level required for this position

Additional information

Throughout your recruitment process, you will be supported by a recruitment officer.

The process consists of three stages:

• A telephone exchange (15 min)
• A first HR interview (45 min)
• A final interview, organized on Thursday afternoons, with expert consultants
