Use evidence levels
For each skill, choose one description: studied, practised, delivered with support, or owned and reviewed. These labels describe your experience.
Add a short example and date. A skill used years ago may need refresh work before you rely on it in a new role.
Check business and product skills
Can you explain the process and its exceptions? Can you ask useful questions and write a requirement with a clear expected result?
Can you configure, build, or support the relevant product area? Record the exact application and scope so the evidence stays specific.
Check delivery and service skills
Can you plan tests, handle errors, document a change, and support a release? Can you explain what happens when a dependency fails?
Can another person follow your notes? Ask someone to review an example and record where they needed more detail.
Choose one learning priority
Compare the checklist with a target job description. Select one missing responsibility that matters to that role.
Plan a small assignment with an output, reviewer, and review date. Learning works better when you can use it soon afterwards.
Use the learning-plan tool below to save the next step in this browser or download it. Device storage is not an account backup.
Review the result
After the assignment, update the evidence level and add feedback. Decide whether to repeat the task, broaden it, or move to a new skill.
Do not treat completing a checklist as a guarantee of promotion. Use it to support a clear conversation about readiness and support.
