Hospitality Cloud module that connects restaurant kitchens to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Orders from POS, mobile order-ahead, kiosks and delivery aggregators flow through the Amicis unified data layer for routing, menu sync and real-time order state, then out to the operator's choice of kitchen display: Lifestyle KDS (a lightweight native D365 extension), a partner enterprise KDS, or an existing KDS via open API. Menus are updated once and synced to every screen, and speed-of-service and throughput data flows back to one ledger for unified reporting.
