Passengers can pre-order through their own AI agent, the airline website or app, a gate kiosk or the in-flight app, and every order lands as one Dynamics 365 Commerce order with the same menu, price rules and loyalty. Crew run the flight on one device (open flight, seal checks, order inbox, seat map, serve and sell, close flight) even offline; payments are held at order and captured when served via Adyen; and care cases flow into Dynamics 365 Contact Center with Copilot context. Supply chain tracks every cart with a sealed chain of custody.
