Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your vendor dashboard. Upgrades apply straight away with a prorated charge. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then drops back to Free.
What happens to my products if I downgrade?
Your oldest product stays listed on Free. Products beyond your new allowance leave the directory until you upgrade or switch which ones you manage.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12: $990 for Verified, $2,990 for Featured or $7,990 for Premier Partner, upfront for the year. Applicable tax is extra.
What hiring is included?
Featured includes 1 job and 10 talent contacts. Premier Partner includes the employer Growth plan: 10 jobs and 75 talent contacts a month.
