Project controlling extension for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations that gives project-driven companies proactive cost control over the life of a project. It links the cost breakdown structure to the work breakdown structure, distributes cost and revenue across periods, includes production costs in the project budget, and produces periodic snapshots with earned value management (CPI, SPI, estimate to complete, committed cost). Change management routes budget and plan adjustments to stakeholders, and embedded Power BI reports show project financials, all using PMI-standard vocabulary.
