Sr Executive - Power Platform Developer

The Sr. Executive - Power Platform Developer will be a key member of the EXLService Philippines, Inc. team, supporting Client's IT Business Support. This role requires a junior developer with a strong foundation in Power Platform and SharePoint to build, maintain, and enhance applications. The successful candidate will work on a range of activities, from developing Power Apps and Automate flows to providing SharePoint administration support and application maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain Power Apps screens, forms, and workflow triggers based on

requirements.

• Develop and manage Power Automate cloud flows for various automation tasks.
• Support low-complexity automation requests and assist with connector-based

automation.

• Create and update SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries as per approved

requests.

• Maintain SharePoint-backed Power Apps and workflows, ensuring proper

permissions and updates.

• Triage and resolve Power Platform and SharePoint tickets, providing user

support and troubleshooting.

• Perform routine application maintenance, including health checks and

regression testing.

• Coordinate with various IT stakeholders for backend integrations and issue

resolution.

• Support reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel or Power BI.
• Participate in daily/weekly operating cadences and contribute to process

improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent

hands-on experience considered.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development or support,

with strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills.

• Hands-on exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online

development/administration is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, connectors, and

application support lifecycle.

• Experience with ITSM tools like ManageEngine is preferred.
• Microsoft PL-900 certification is preferred; PL-100/PL-200/PL-400 exposure or

certification is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong

attention to detail.

• Ability to work with distributed teams and follow established escalation

procedures.

• Familiarity with ALM, Dev/Test/Prod, and release discipline is beneficial.
• Willingness to support US Eastern Time overlap based on coverage

requirements.
